Taylor had a goal (not announced to anyone this summer) but she wanted to ROCK Master Showmanship at the Illinois State Fair. When she won our tri-country contest, that was just the push she needed. She started coordinating cattle workouts with some family and friends, she started taking some extra laps with the pigs, and long stands with her Penelope.
Jeremy and I could not have been more proud. This girls worked at Volleyball that morning, came to the ISF, worked in both the sheep and pig barn, only to be up all night at the Master Showmanship award program. This girl ran an 18 hour day better than most adults!
You could see her focus in every ring, and if you have watched her in sporting events, you know how fierce she is! Amazing work at the shop but Endurance at home got her to the backdrop. Her sisters both look up to her and support her and I heard her as she hugged them - say thank you! Crouch girl WIN!
The announcer nailed it "Just a freshman young lady - congratulations!" That comment sent chills through us...just a freshman who works hard day in and day out and knows that some goals are reachable - even if they are LOFTY!
Congratulation to our
Taylor Crouch - for putting it all together and SUCCEEDING
